How to Cancel Active Trader Pro

To cancel an order using Active Trader Pro, follow these steps:

  1. Log into your Active Trader Pro account using your Fidelity.com username and password.
  2. Navigate to the Orders page.
  3. Select the order you wish to cancel.
  4. Choose the Cancel option for that order. If you want to replace the order, you can select Attempt to Cancel and Replace instead.
  5. Confirm your cancellation request. Note that cancellation requests are handled on a best-efforts basis, and confirmation does not guarantee that the order has been canceled, only that an attempt has been made.
