How to Cancel Agora Learning
To cancel your subscription or enrollment in an Agora Learning product, follow these steps based on the specific platform or service you are using:
Canceling an Individual Subscription on Interplay Learning’s SkillMill
- Sign into your account on SkillMill.
- Click on your name in the top right corner of the page, then click on "Profile".
- Under "Subscription And Account", click on "Cancel Subscription".
- Confirm the cancellation.
If you don’t see the "Cancel Subscription" option or can’t log in to your account, contact the support team via the Support Portal or by emailing [email protected]. Make sure to include the email address you use to sign into your account.
Canceling a Team Subscription on Interplay Learning’s SkillMill
- Contact your account manager using email or phone.
- Alternatively, you can get in touch with the support team by emailing
[email protected] to be connected with your account manager.
Canceling Enrollment at Agora University
- To cancel your enrollment or withdraw from a course, send a written request via email to the Registrar at
[email protected].
- Refunds will be issued based on the timing of your cancellation:
- If you cancel within 7 calendar days after signing the enrollment agreement, you are entitled to a full refund of all tuition and fees paid, except the Application Fee.
- If you cancel more than 7 calendar days after signing but before the course begins, you are entitled to a refund of all tuition and fees paid minus the Application Fee and the Library Fee.
- If you withdraw after the course has begun, the refund will be calculated according to a specific schedule provided by the university.
Canceling Subscription on Agora Docs
- Sign in to your account.
- Go to the "transactions" tab.
- Click on the "cancel subscription" red button located in the top right corner.
- Your account will automatically be enrolled in the Basic free plan, allowing you to still track your store and product’s performance through the dashboard.

Canceling Courses at Agora Co-learning
- To cancel a course booking, notify Agora Co-learning according to the following refund policy:
- If you cancel more than 2 weeks prior to the course start date, you will receive a 100% refund of the applicable fees.
- If you cancel between 1-2 weeks prior to the course start date, you will receive a 90% refund of the applicable fees.
- If you cancel less than 1 week prior to the course start date, no refund will be given.
- Once the course has started, you are not entitled to any refund.
- You can notify Agora Co-learning in person, via email, a call, or an online chat.
