How to Cancel Agorapulse

To cancel your Agorapulse subscription, follow these steps:

1. Access Subscription Settings: Click on your profile picture located at the bottom left of the screen, then select Subscription or go to Organization settings and choose Subscription.

2. Cancel Subscription: Click on the Cancel subscription link at the bottom of the page. If you are using the Free Plan, you will see the option to Stop Free Plan instead.

3. Provide Cancellation Reason: You will be prompted to provide additional information regarding the reasons for your cancellation.

4. Confirm Cancellation: Click the Terminate button to confirm the cancellation. Note that this will be effective at the end of your billing cycle.

5. Refund Policy: Agorapulse does not offer refunds for monthly subscriptions. However, you may be eligible for a partial refund if you cancel an annual subscription within the first 30 days of the renewal date. For more information, contact Agorapulse support.

After canceling your subscription, your account will remain active until the end of your current billing period. If you change your mind, you can resume your subscription by selecting the option to turn on subscription renewal.
