How to Cancel AidaForm

To cancel your AidaForm subscription, follow these steps:

1. Disable Auto-Renewal: Log into your account and navigate to your subscription settings. Disable the auto-renewal option to prevent automatic charges at the end of your current billing cycle.

2. Manual Renewal (Optional): If you want to continue using AidaForm without interruptions, you can manually renew your subscription. This requires entering your payment details each time you renew. Manual renewal is only possible before or within five days after the upcoming charge date.

3. Downgrade to Free Plan: You can downgrade to the Free plan at any time. This will deactivate paid features but keep all your forms and responses available in your account.

4. Contact Support for Refunds: If you are within the refund period or need a partial refund for a yearly subscription, contact AidaForm’s support team to arrange this.

5. Monitor Subscription Expiration: Ensure you are aware of when your subscription expires, as it will automatically revert to the Free plan if not manually renewed or if auto-renewal is disabled.
