How to Cancel BookingTimes

To cancel a booking in BookingTimes, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the Bookings menu.
2. Click on the relevant booking you wish to cancel.
3. Click Cancel Booking from the side menu.
4. Select the reason for the cancellation.
5. Choose how much the client should forfeit (if any). This determines the cancellation fee.
6. Optionally, check Block Client to prevent them from making future online bookings if they are a repeat no-show.
7. Optionally, check Send a Custom Cancellation SMS to notify the client.
8. Click Cancel Booking to finalize the cancellation.

After canceling a booking, it will remain in the client’s History tab for traceability. If the booking was paid with a prepaid voucher, it will be returned to the client’s account. If the client is due a refund, you will need to process it separately by following the refund instructions.

If you need to delete a booking entirely (to remove it from the client’s record), you can do so by clicking the Delete Booking link in the popup after selecting Cancel Booking.
