How to Cancel Cubit

To cancel a Cubit product purchase, follow these steps:

Right of Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your purchase within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period starts from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

Notification of Cancellation

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform the seller by an unequivocal statement. This can be done via a letter sent by post or email. You can use a sample withdrawal form if available, but it is not mandatory.

Consequences of Cancellation

If you cancel your purchase, the seller will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method than the standard one). The refund will be made without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which the seller is informed about your decision to cancel. The seller will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.

Returning Goods

You must return or hand over the goods to the seller immediately and no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform the seller of the cancellation. The seller bears the costs of returning the goods. Please ensure that the goods are returned in their original packaging with all accessories and packaging components to avoid any loss in value.
