How to Cancel Desk365
To cancel your Desk365 subscription, follow these steps carefully:
For Pro Plan Accounts
- You must cancel or modify your Pro Plan account from the “Your Plan” page on the Desk365 website. An email or phone request to cancel or make changes to your subscription will not result in cancellation or changes.
- Navigate to the “Your Plan” page on the site.
- Select the option to cancel your subscription.
- Confirm the cancellation when prompted.
Important Notes
- Cancellation of a Pro Plan account will result in the account being moved to the Free Plan. Any features and data available solely under the Pro Plan will be removed and cannot be restored automatically thereafter.
For Free Plan Accounts
- Free Plan accounts can be cancelled by sending a request via email from your admin user’s account to Desk365.
- Any cancellation of your Free Plan account will result in the immediate deactivation or deletion of your account, and the removal of all content in the account.
Effective Date of Cancellation
- For paid plans, the cancellation will become effective at the end of the then current term of your subscription. You are solely responsible for properly cancelling or modifying your subscription prior to the due date for renewal.
Additional Considerations
- If you do not cancel your subscription before the renewal date, Desk365 will automatically charge you for the renewal fee according to the subscription plan you had selected.
- Free Plan accounts that do not have any new tickets created for a continuous period of three months will be automatically deleted without any notice, and all content in the account will be removed.
