How to Cancel Docketwise

To cancel your Docketwise account, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Docketwise account and ensure you have the necessary permissions. Only account admins or owners can request cancellations.
2. Navigate to the Settings section within your account.
3. Select Subscription from the available options.
4. Click on the "Cancel Account" option. This will initiate the cancellation process.
5. Complete the Cancellation Survey. This step is required and includes providing the email address associated with the account owner.

Important Notes:

• Docketwise does not offer refunds for invoices that have already been paid prior to requesting cancellation.
• Once the account is canceled, you will no longer have access to the services provided by Docketwise.
