1. Access the Booking Window: Log in as a returning client by clicking on "I’m a returning client" and enter your name and email address. Then, click "Continue."

2. View Scheduled Appointments: Click on "View my scheduled appointments." If your professional allows online cancellations, you will see a "Cancel appointment" button.

3. Cancel the Appointment: Click on the "Cancel appointment" button and confirm your cancellation.

Alternatively, you can cancel an appointment from a notification or reminder email by clicking on the "Cancel" option, which will redirect you to a page where you can provide a reason for the cancellation.

If the cancellation option is not available online, you will need to contact your professional by phone to cancel the appointment.
