How to Cancel Helix Core

To cancel your Helix Core subscription, follow these steps:

Subscription Cancellation

Helix Core subscriptions do not have an end date and can be cancelled at any time. Here’s how you can proceed:

• Contact Your Provider: If you purchased Helix Core through AWS Marketplace, you will need to manage your subscription through the AWS Marketplace console. Go to your AWS Marketplace account, find the Helix Core subscription, and follow the instructions to cancel it.

• Direct Subscriptions: If you purchased the subscription directly from Perforce, you need to contact Perforce support or your account manager to initiate the cancellation process.

Important Considerations

• Active Licenses: Cancelling your subscription will not affect the status of an active license if it was purchased outside of the subscription. You will continue to have access to the licensed features until the license expires.
• Data and Access: Ensure you have backed up any necessary data before cancelling, as access to the Helix Core server may be terminated upon cancellation.
