How to Cancel OpenClinica

To fully cancel or remove components within OpenClinica, follow these steps:

Removing Users

1. Navigate to the Administration module and select "Users" from the Tasks menu.
2. Locate the user you wish to remove and click the "Remove" icon in the main row of the Actions column.
3. Confirm the removal by clicking "OK" in the confirmation window.
4. The user is removed from the system but can be restored later.

Removing Subjects

1. Go to the Tasks menu and select "Subjects."
2. Find the subject you want to remove and click the "Remove" icon in the Actions column.
3. Confirm the removal by clicking "OK" in the confirmation window.
4. The subject is removed from the system, and their data is maintained but not included in exports.

Removing Studies or Sites

While OpenClinica does not provide direct instructions for removing studies or sites, you can manage access by removing users from these entities. For full removal, contact OpenClinica support for guidance.

Restoring Removed Components
