How to Cancel Shopify Plus

To cancel a Shopify Plus subscription, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Shopify admin panel: Ensure you are logged in as the store owner.

2. Navigate to Settings: Click on the "Settings" option from the left sidebar.

3. Select Plan: Choose the "Plan" option.

4. Deactivate Store: Click on "Deactivate Store" to initiate the cancellation process.

   You will see a modal window with options. Select "Deactivate Store" to proceed with cancellation.

5. Choose a Reason for Cancellation: Select a reason for canceling from the dropdown menu provided.

6. Decide on Store Data Handling: Choose whether you want to transfer data, delete everything, or keep the data stored in a limited state.

7. Verify Your Identity: Enter your store URL and password to confirm your authority to cancel the store.

8. Complete Cancellation: Click "Submit" to finalize the cancellation process.

After cancellation, your store will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. You will not be able to process orders or access the admin area, but you can reactivate your subscription within a certain timeframe to regain access to your store data. Any purchased apps or themes may be deactivated upon cancellation, and refunds are generally not provided for these items.
