How to Cancel ActivTrak

To cancel your ActivTrak subscription and delete your account, follow these steps:

1. Export Your Data: Before canceling, it’s crucial to export any valuable data you want to keep. ActivTrak allows you to export data from "Live Reports" and "Insights" dashboards. You can save this data as CSV files, Google Sheets, or PDFs.

   • For Live Reports: Go to the left menu, select "Live Reports," choose a report, and use the export option at the top left.
   • For Insights Reports: Navigate to "Insights," select "Insights dashboard," click on the top right menu, and choose "download."

2. Uninstall the ActivTrak Agent: You need to remove the ActivTrak agent from your employees’ computers. There are two methods:

   • Using the Installer: Download the installer from the ActivTrak website, run it, and select "remove or uninstall." This method preserves historical data.
   • Remote Uninstaller: Go to settings, select "users and groups" and then "computer agent." Click on the three dots next to the computer you want to uninstall from and choose "uninstall ActivTrak agent." This method deletes all historical data.

3. Cancel Your Subscription: To cancel your subscription, you must submit a cancellation request at least 30 days before your renewal date. You can find the cancellation form on the ActivTrak website. Fill out the form to confirm your intent to cancel.
