    How to Cancel Mindomo

    To cancel your Mindomo account, follow these steps:

    1. Log in to your Mindomo account and navigate to the Dashboard page.
    2. Click on your initials or picture located at the top right corner of the page.
    3. Select your name from the dropdown menu.
    4. Go to the "My Account" panel.
    5. From the left side menu, select the "Account" section.
    6. Click on the "Personal Info" tab.
    7. Click on "Erase Account" to initiate the cancellation process.

    Note: This action will permanently delete your account along with all associated data. Before proceeding, you may want to download a backup of your diagrams using the "Backup & Restore" feature in your account settings.

    Alternatively, you can also notify Mindomo of your intention to cancel by sending an email to their support team. However, using the in-app functionality is the most straightforward method.
