How to Cancel WPForms (2026)

How to cancel WPForms

To cancel your WPForms subscription, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your WPForms account. This is necessary to manage your subscription settings.

  2. Check your license renewal date. Go to the Downloads tab to find your license and check the Renewal Date section.

  3. Navigate to the Billing tab. Here, you can view all your previous payments and active subscriptions.

  4. Cancel auto-renewal. In the Subscriptions section, select the Cancel option next to your license.

  5. Complete the cancellation form. You will be asked a few questions to help improve WPForms. Complete this form to proceed with the cancellation.

  6. Confirm cancellation. After submitting your reasons, you will see a summary of the features you will lose when your license expires. Check the box to confirm you understand these changes and click Continue Cancelling.

  7. Finalize the cancellation. You will see a confirmation page with your license expiration date. Click Confirm Cancellation to complete the process.

After canceling, you will still have access to your existing forms and entries, but you will no longer receive plugin updates, which can lead to potential security risks.

If you wish to remove all WPForms data from your WordPress site, you can deactivate and delete the plugin from the WordPress admin dashboard. The uninstall option is available in WPForms > Settings > Misc, which will remove all associated database tables.
