How to Cancel Clearwave

To cancel a Clearwave product, such as an unlimited wash membership, follow these steps:

Review Your Contract: Ensure you understand the terms and conditions of your membership, including any specific cancellation requirements.
Provide Notice: Clearwave requires at least seven days’ notice before your next billing date to cancel your membership.
Cancellation Methods: You can cancel your membership in person at any Clearwave location, through their website, or by contacting customer service.
Effect of Cancellation: Upon cancellation, all membership benefits will cease at the end of the current billing cycle. No prorated refunds will be issued.
Reactivation: If you wish to reactivate a canceled membership, you may do so by contacting customer service. Reactivated memberships may be subject to current rates and terms.
