To cancel your Zen Planner subscription, follow these steps:
Log into your Zen Planner account: Use your credentials to access your account through the Zen Planner login portal.
Navigate to Account Settings: Once logged in, go to the ‘Setup’ menu at the top of your account dashboard. From there, select ‘Account Info’.
Initiate Cancellation: Within ‘Account Info’, find and click on the ‘Cancel’ option. You will receive a Cancellation Request Form via email.
Complete the Cancellation Request Form: Fill out the form and submit it at least 30 days prior to your desired cancellation date. For example, if you want to cancel by June 30, submit the form by May 30.
Confirm Cancellation: After submitting the form, you may want to contact the Zen Planner Support Team at help@zenplanner.com to confirm your cancellation.
Backup Your Data: Ensure you backup all necessary data before cancellation, as access may be limited after the end of your billing cycle.
Finalize Billing: Note that cancelling your software service does not automatically cancel payment processing or full-service billing products. You will need to pay any fees due until the effective date of termination. All fees are non-refundable, so you won’t receive a refund if you cancel midway through a billing cycle.
