What exceeded your expectations?
The automatic data capture is really good like it pulls contact info and meeting history from email without me touching anything
What slows you down when using it?
Bulk actions are limited, if I need to update a field across 30 contacts I'm doing it one by one which is annoying
What new feature would you love to see added?
A way to set recurring reminders per contact rather than per deal so helps remind me to followup

I mostly use the automatic contact and email tracking features. It saves me time since I don’t have to manually log everything.
What do you dislike about this product?
Sometimes it feels a bit limited when it comes to advanced customization or deeper reporting. It works great for basics, but can feel restrictive for more complex needs.

I’d love more advanced reporting and dashboard customization options. A bit more flexibility in workflows would also make it even better.

What feature doesn’t work as expected?
Some setup and advanced parts take more time to understand than I expect. A few things also need extra checking when I want the workflow to match what I need.
Is there a workflow that could be simpler?
I think some setup and customization steps could be easier, especially for more detailed workflows. Clearer guidance would help a lot.
