To cancel your SmartDraw subscription, follow these steps:

1. Log into your SmartDraw account: Go to the SmartDraw website and log in using your credentials.
2. Access the My Account page: Once logged in, navigate to the "My Account" page.
3. Cancel automatic renewal: Look for the option to cancel automatic renewal and select it. This will prevent your subscription from renewing automatically.
4. Contact customer support (optional): If you prefer or if the option to cancel is not available in your account settings, contact SmartDraw’s customer support to request cancellation. Provide them with your account details to ensure they can locate your subscription.
5. Confirm cancellation: Ensure that you receive a confirmation of your cancellation from SmartDraw to verify that your subscription has been successfully canceled.

After cancellation, your access to SmartDraw will cease at the end of the current subscription term, and no further payments will be taken. Note that payments are generally non-refundable, so you will not receive a refund for any unused portion of your subscription.
