To cancel your vidIQ subscription, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your vidIQ account: Access the vidIQ web application and log into your account. Ensure you are using the account associated with the subscription you wish to cancel.

2. Navigate to Account Settings: Once logged in, go to your account settings. This is typically found at the bottom of the page or under a section labeled "Account Settings" or "Subscription Details."

3. Manage Your Plan: Click on "Manage Plan" and then select "Cancel Subscription" at the bottom of the page. You will need to go through the entire downgrade process to fully cancel your plan.

4. Follow the Downgrade Wizard: vidIQ will present you with a downgrade wizard. Follow the instructions carefully, which may include confirming your cancellation, providing feedback, or choosing to downgrade to a different plan.

5. Payment Method Considerations:

   • If you paid via credit/debit card or PayPal, you can cancel directly through the vidIQ web app.
   • If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you must cancel your subscription directly through those platforms.

6. Post-Cancellation: After cancellation, you won’t be billed for future subscription fees beyond your current billing cycle. However, vidIQ may not refund the remaining time in your current billing period, depending on their refund policy.
