How to Cancel Shopl

To cancel a Shop LC product order, you should follow these steps:

1. Contact Customer Service: Reach out to Shop LC’s customer service department via phone at 1-877-899-0099 or email at customerservice@shoplc.com. They can assist with order cancellations if the order has not yet shipped.

2. Check Order Status: If the order has shipped, you will need to wait for it to arrive and then initiate a return. Shop LC offers a 30-day return policy from the date of dispatch.

3. Return Process: If the order cannot be canceled, follow the return instructions:

   • Complete the Return/Exchange Instructions Form included with your order.
   • Package the item(s) in their original condition with all included materials.
   • Use the enclosed shipping label or your own carrier to send the package to Shop LC’s Returns Department at 100 Michael Angelo Way, Ste. 400D, Austin, TX 78728.

4. Refund Processing: Once the return is processed, you will receive a refund to the original payment method, minus any return shipping fees unless the item had a manufacturing defect. Refunds typically take 2 weeks for U.S. customers and up to 6 weeks for Canadian customers.
