    How to cancel DroneDeploy

    To cancel your DroneDeploy subscription, follow these steps:

    1. Log into your DroneDeploy account.
    2. Navigate to your Account Settings.
    3. From the options available, select the option to Cancel Subscription.
    4. Confirm your decision when prompted.

    Any changes, including cancellations, will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. After cancellation, your data will be retained for 90 days. During this period, you can view your previously created maps and models, but you won’t have access to export features or advanced functionality. If you reactivate your subscription within this 90-day window, all maps and features will be restored. It is recommended to export any necessary data before cancelling your subscription.
