    How to Cancel DesignFiles

    To cancel your DesignFiles account, follow these steps:

    1. Contact Support: Click the chat bubble located at the bottom right corner of the DesignFiles interface. This will connect you with their support team.

    2. Request Cancellation: Inform the support team that you wish to cancel your account. They will guide you through the process.

    3. Data Deletion: After cancellation, your data will be purged from their active servers within 60 days. This includes all backups and logs, which are kept for an additional period.

    4. Account Closure: Once your account is cancelled, you will no longer have access to DesignFiles services. Ensure you have exported any necessary data before requesting cancellation.

    5. Privacy and Data Rights: If you have concerns about data privacy or wish to exercise your rights regarding personal information, you can contact DesignFiles at info@designfiles.co for assistance.
