To cancel a SONAR product subscription, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to Your Account: Log into your SONAR account and access the account dropdown menu, typically located in the top-right corner of the interface.
2. Access Billing: From the dropdown menu, select "Billing" to view your subscription details.
3. Cancel Subscription: Click on "Cancel plan" to initiate the cancellation process. You will be able to continue using your account until the end of your paid period.
4. Data Backup: Ensure you download any necessary data before cancellation, as access to your account will be terminated once the paid period expires.
5. Refund Inquiry: If you have unused time or have recently started a new billing cycle, contact SONAR support for potential refund options.

After cancellation, SONAR will permanently delete your account content from their servers within 30 days and from backups within 90 days. No content can be recovered once it has been permanently deleted.
