How to Cancel XLSTAT

To fully cancel your XLSTAT product, follow these steps:

1. Deactivate Your License:

   • Open XLSTAT and click on the "About XLSTAT" button in the ribbon.
   • Click on the "Deactivate" button to deactivate your license. Confirm the deactivation.
   • Alternatively, you can log out of your MyXLSTAT account, which will also deactivate your license.

2. Manual Deactivation (if automatic fails):

   • If the automatic deactivation fails, you will need to perform a manual deactivation.
   • Open the manual deactivation window in XLSTAT, copy the deactivation code, and paste it into the web deactivation form on a computer with internet access.
   • Once successful, click "Done" in the XLSTAT interface.

3. Cancel Automatic Renewal:

   • Log into your MyXLSTAT account to manage your subscription.
   • Contact the XLSTAT support team if you need assistance with canceling automatic renewal.

4. Uninstall XLSTAT:

   • Use the "setup.exe" file from the installation package to uninstall XLSTAT silently by running the command: setup.exe /uninstall /s /f1"setupRemove.iss".
   • Alternatively, use the standard uninstall process through your operating system’s control panel.

5. Remove User Access (for Organizations):

   • If you are an administrator, log into your MyXLSTAT account and navigate to your organization’s licenses.
   • Click on the license you want to manage, then click on "Delete Assignment" for the user you want to remove access for.
