How to Cancel Weblium

To fully cancel a Weblium product, you need to follow these steps:

Canceling Domain Subscription

  1. Log in to your Weblium account and navigate to the site settings.
  2. Go to the Domains tab.
  3. Click on the three dots near your domain name and select "Cancel auto-renew" from the dropdown menu.
  4. Confirm the cancellation in the pop-up window by clicking "Proceed to cancel the subscription."
  5. Alternatively, you can also disable auto-renewal from the general list of domains in your account by moving the slider to the left in the Auto-renewal column.

Canceling Pro Subscription

  1. Open the site settings and navigate to the Subscription tab.
  2. Click on the "Cancel subscription" button.
  3. Confirm your actions in the pop-up window by clicking "Cancel subscription."
  4. If your site is in the grace period, contact Weblium support via chat or email.

Deleting a Site

  1. Ensure your site does not have an active Pro subscription. If it does, cancel the auto-renewal and wait for the subscription to expire.
  2. Log in to your account and hover over the site preview.
  3. Click on the three dots near the site preview and choose "Move to trash" from the dropdown menu.
  4. Confirm the action in the pop-up window.

Removing Payment Details

  1. Go to the Payment settings in your account.
  2. Click on the arrow next to the payment method you want to remove.
  3. Select the "Remove Payment Method" option.
  4. Confirm the removal.
  5. If the payment method is set as primary, first set another method as primary before removing it.
