To cancel a Pleo product, follow these steps:

To terminate your Pleo service, you can do so at any time unless otherwise specified in a separate Order Form. Here’s how:

1. Contact Pleo: Reach out to Pleo using the contact details provided in their terms and conditions. You can send an email to cancellation@pleo.io or use the Pleo online platform if available.

2. Notice Period: If you have agreed to an Initial or Renewal Term Period in a separate Order Form, ensure you comply with the notice period specified in that form.

3. Termination Effects: Upon termination, your recurring billing schedule will end, and no cancellation fee will be levied. However, you will be charged for the month of termination and any outstanding months for which payment has not been received.

4. Card Cancellation: If you need to cancel a Pleo Prepaid Mastercard, you can do so by contacting Pleo at support@pleo.io or by calling 1-629-468-2990.
