How to Cancel Hubspot CRM

To cancel your HubSpot CRM product subscription, follow these steps:

Log In to Your HubSpot Account:

Access Account Settings:

  • Click on your profile picture or username located at the top right corner of the page.
  • Select Profile from the dropdown menu.

Manage Billing:

  • Click on Account & Billing to view and edit your subscription details.

Cancel Subscription:

  • Locate your subscription details under the Overview section.
  • Click on Subscriptions and find your active CRM subscription.
  • Scroll down to the auto-renewal section and select Cancel Auto Renewal. Unlike customer-facing subscriptions, you cannot cancel a paid subscription immediately. You can only turn off auto-renewal for the next billing cycle, meaning the subscription will end when your current term expires.

Confirm Cancellation:

  • Once you confirm the cancellation, your paid features will become inactive after the current billing cycle ends.
  • Ensure to download any required data within the 90-day period post-cancellation, as access to paid features will be lost.

Once your subscription has ended and is no longer active, you can choose to delete your HubSpot account if desired. Note that HubSpot’s policy does not allow refunds for already paid terms, so the cancellation will stop future charges.
