Cancellation of Subscription

To cancel your MindManager subscription, you must do so before the renewal date to avoid automatic renewal. Here’s how you can cancel:

• Locate the link under "Subscription cancellation" in your order confirmation email.
• Click on this link to initiate the cancellation process.

Refund Request

If you are within the 30-day period since your purchase, you can request a full refund.

Steps to Request a Refund

• Submit your refund request to cleverbridge Customer Service.
• Include your order details in the request.
• Ensure that the request is made within 30 days of your purchase, as refunds are not accepted after this period.

Important Notes

• Refunds cannot be accepted for contract renewals if the contract was not canceled before the renewal date.
• Refunds are only applicable for purchases made through the MindManager Online Store. For purchases made through other online stores or authorized resellers, contact the respective retailer directly.
• Upon arranging a refund for a new purchase, you will not be able to continue using the license.
