How to Cancel bsport

To cancel and refund a subscription on the bsport platform, follow these steps:

Steps to Cancel and Refund a Subscription

Locate the Subscription

  • Use the search bar to find the member.
  • Click on "Billing" and then select the subscription you want to stop and refund.

Stop the Subscription

  • On the line of the first invoice, click on the pencil icon.
  • Select "Stop after this invoice" to stop the subscription.

Refund the Customer

  • Choose any paid invoice of the subscription that you want to refund.
  • Click on the invoice(s) you wish to refund and then click on "Cancel" at the bottom right of your screen.

Select Refund Method

You have three options for the refund:

  • Direct Refund: If the subscription was paid by credit card or IBAN, choose "Direct refund" and click on "Refund".
  • Refund on Credit: The amount of the invoice will be added to the member’s account, which they can use for future purchases. Choose "refund on credit (balance)" and click on "Refund".
  • Manual Refund: For subscriptions not paid online or other types of payments, choose "Manual refund", click on "Cash", and then click on "Refund".

Important Notes

  • You cannot refund a subscription if there is a pending payment. You must wait for the payment to go through, which can take up to 7 working days depending on the bank.
  • Ensure the payment of the invoice has gone through before attempting to cancel and refund it.
