How to Cancel Interplay Learning

To cancel your subscription to Interplay Learning, follow these steps based on the type of your subscription:

Individual Subscribers

  • Sign into your account on SkillMill.
  • Click on your name in the top right corner of the page, then click on "Profile".
  • Under "Subscription And Account", click on "Cancel Subscription".
  • Confirm the cancellation.

If you don’t see the "Cancel Subscription" option or can’t log in to your account, contact the support team via the Support Portal or by emailing support@interplaylearning.com. Make sure to include the email address you use to sign into your account.

Team Subscribers

  • Contact your account manager directly via email or phone.
  • If you need assistance in getting in touch with your account manager, you can email cs@interplaylearning.com for help.

Subscriptions Through Channel Partners

  • If you subscribed through a channel partner, you should contact them directly to manage your subscription.

Additional Notes

  • If you are using a Personal Plan, you can also cancel by emailing support@interplaylearning.com.
  • All portions of the Personal License Fee are non-refundable, except in extenuating circumstances which may be considered by contacting support.
