It has helped track deficiency by sending out automated reminders, unpaid invoices, and identifies customers who's long overdue. Making all tasks efficient and easy to finish.

How does this compare to similar products you’ve tried?
Compared to the other platforms that just send basic email reminders, this handles the whole cycle of it, from checking a new customer's credit score to providing a built-in payment portal. It’s less of a manual tracking tool and more of an automated collections department, which is very beneficial.
What slows you down when using it?
The initial setup takes a bit of thought because you have to map out your communication workflows carefully. Also, the dashboard can feel a little crowded at first.
What problem did this product solve for you?
By attaching the actual invoice to every automated SMS and email reminder, customers can't claim they never received it. It also removed the awkwardness of manual debt collection because the system handles the polite nudges, so I only have to step in for the really difficult accounts.

What feature do you use most often?
The automated email and SMS reminders are definitely what I like and will use the most. It’s so much better than manually emailing people every week. Also, having that Pay Now button directly on the invoice makes it incredibly easy for my clients to settle up right then and there without any excuses.
What slows you down when using it?
The only thing that really felt like a bit of a problem was the initial setup and implementation. It takes a bit of time to get everything synced perfectly with your accounting software and to get your reminder templates looking exactly how you want them.
If you could change one thing, what would it be?
I would love to see a bit more flexibility with the pricing for SMS reminders. Right now, there are some extra costs for things like SMS and faxes, and it would be great if those were just bundled into the main subscription so I wouldn’t have to worry about separate charges.

It literally pays for itself by getting your cash flow moving. It takes all the awkwardness out of chasing money. The software handles the reminders professionally so I can focus on my actual work instead of playing "utang collector" or debt collector in English.
