How to Cancel Verbate co

To cancel your subscription or membership with Verbate, follow these steps:

Cancellation Process

For Auto-Renewing Memberships

• If you have an auto-renewing membership, you can cancel it at any time by emailing Verbate at hello@verbate.io. You will receive a reminder email prior to the renewal date, and you must cancel before this date to avoid being charged for the next renewal term.

Managing Your Subscription

• To downgrade, cancel, or manage your subscription, you can do so in the organization details section of the Verb platform. You must make these changes prior to the start of the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for another cycle of your current plan.

Refunds

• If you wish to request a refund, you must do so within 14 days of the date of purchase or renewal. After this period, refunds are not available. To request a refund, email Verbate at hello@verbate.io.

Additional Steps

• If you are managing a team plan, you can transfer seats between users for the duration of your subscription, but you must notify Verbate via email for any such changes.
• In case of any unauthorized use of your account or a security breach, immediately notify Verbate in writing via an email to hello@verbate.io.

Important Notes

• Your access to the Services will be terminated if you fail to renew your subscription, fail to remit any outstanding payments, or if Verbate determines you are misusing the Services.
• Ensure your contact information is up to date, as Verbate will provide notices and communications through the Services or to the contact information you provided.
