How to Cancel Celtx

To cancel your Celtx subscription, follow these steps:

Logging In and Navigating to Your Account

• Log in to your Celtx account using your credentials.

Accessing Your Studio Management

• Once logged in, navigate to the "Studio Management" section.

Canceling Your Subscription

• Under "Studio Management," select the "Plan" option.
• Here, you will find the settings to manage your subscription.
• Choose the option to cancel your subscription.

Confirmation and Billing Cycle

• Confirm that you want to cancel your subscription. Note that cancellations will take effect after the current billing cycle ends, and you will not be billed again after this period.
• If you decide to cancel, ensure you do so before your billing date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.

Downgrading to a Free/Basic Account

• After canceling, your account will be downgraded to a free or basic account, and you will no longer have access to the paid features.
