How to Cancel Woop

To cancel your WHOOP membership, follow these steps:

Through the WHOOP Website or App

  • Log in to your WHOOP account.
  • Navigate to the Membership tab.
  • Scroll down to the Cancel Membership section.
  • Click on the Cancel Membership button.
  • Follow the instructions to complete the cancellation process.

By Contacting WHOOP Customer Support

  • Visit the WHOOP customer support website: support.whoop.com.
  • Click on the Contact Us button.
  • Select the Cancel My Membership option.
  • Fill out the contact form and provide your WHOOP account information.
  • A WHOOP customer support representative will contact you to help you cancel your membership.

Additional Considerations

  • If you are on a monthly membership, you can cancel at any time, but you will be billed for the current month’s subscription.
  • If you are on an annual or 24-month membership, you will need to pay a commitment buyout fee to cancel early. This fee is equal to the remaining balance of your membership.
  • You will need to return your WHOOP device if you cancel your membership.
  • You will not be eligible for a refund if you cancel your membership within 30 days of purchase.
  • If you cancel your membership, you will lose access to all of your WHOOP data.

Freezing Your Membership

If you prefer not to cancel but need a break, you can freeze your WHOOP membership for a maximum of 3 months at a time, once every 12 months.

  • Log in to your WHOOP account.
  • Navigate to the Membership tab.
  • Scroll down to the Pause Membership section.
  • Click on the Pause Membership button.
  • Select the amount of time you want to pause your membership.
  • Click on the Pause Membership button again.

During the paused period, you will not be able to upload data or receive insights, but you can resume your membership at any time.
