How to Cancel Shipt

To cancel your Shipt membership, you have several options:

Canceling Through Your Shipt Account

  • Log into your Shipt account at shipt.com/login or via the Shipt mobile app.
  • Tap on Account.
  • Tap on Shipt Membership Profile.
  • At the bottom, tap on How to cancel my membership.
  • Tap on Yes, cancel membership.

A confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your Shipt account once the cancellation is completed.

Canceling by Phone

  • Call the Shipt customer support line at (205) 259-7798 between 6 a.m. and 8 p.m. CT.
  • Wait until a Shipt representative answers.
  • Request to cancel your membership.
  • Provide your account information.

Canceling via Email

  • Open a new email in your inbox.
  • Draft a cancellation request.
  • Send the email to membership@shipt.com.

Note that this method may take longer to process, as you may not receive a response immediately.

Canceling Through Target (if applicable)

If you signed up for a Shipt membership through Target, you can cancel it through the Target app. Alternatively, you can contact Target Guest Services at 1-800-591-3869 for assistance.

Using DoNotPay (optional)

You can also use the DoNotPay app to cancel your Shipt membership. Here’s how:

  • Go to your DoNotPay account.
  • Select the Find Hidden Money tab.
  • Type in Shipt as the service you want to unsubscribe from.
  • DoNotPay’s AI Consumer Champion will handle the cancellation for you.

Refund Information

Shipt issues prorated refunds on canceled memberships. If you paid for an annual subscription and decide to cancel before the paid period ends, you can contact Shipt to request a refund.
