How to Cancel Staffing Referrals

To cancel a referral in the Staffing Referrals product, follow these steps:

Accessing the Referrals Section

Navigate to the section of your dashboard where referrals are managed. This is typically found in a section similar to "To-dos" or "Referrals" within your business dashboard.

Identifying the Referral

Locate the specific referral you wish to cancel. This can be done by searching for the customer or candidate associated with the referral.

Canceling the Referral

• Click the ‘Actions’ button next to the customer’s or candidate’s name.
• Select ‘Cancel’ from the dropdown menu.

Bulk Cancelation

If you need to cancel multiple referrals at once:

• Tick the checkbox above the list to select all referrals, or tick several checkboxes to select specific referrals.
• Click the ‘Cancel’ button to cancel the selected referrals.

Post-Cancelation

When a referral is cancelled, it will be removed from the associated customer or candidate. This allows for a different referral to be applied if necessary. Any pending referrals associated with a customer who is being deleted will also be cancelled automatically.

Additional Considerations

• Ensure that all relevant staff members are aware of the cancellation, especially if it affects ongoing recruitment processes.
• If the cancellation is due to specific reasons such as budgetary constraints, hiring freezes, or organizational changes, communicate these reasons clearly to all stakeholders involved.
