How to Cancel SmartCare

To cancel your SmartCare subscription, follow these steps:

Notification and Timing

  • You must provide notice of termination at least five business days before your next subscription term to prevent the next term and payment of the next subscription fee.

Methods of Cancellation

  • You can terminate your SmartCare subscription via telephone by calling iRobot’s customer care team at (800) 677-1088.
  • Alternatively, you can send an email to SmartCare@irobot.com from the email address associated with your iRobot account. The email should include the text: "I hereby give notice that I cancel my SmartCare subscription associated with this email address."

Post-Cancellation

  • Once you terminate your SmartCare subscription, it will remain active through your current term. The termination will be effective on the last day of the then-current term.
  • After the termination, SmartCare will cease, and you will no longer receive automatic shipments of consumable accessories.

Important Notes

  • Consumable accessories are not returnable or refundable.
  • Subscription fees are prepaid, non-refundable, and will not be prorated upon termination.
  • If you terminate your SmartCare subscription in error or wish to reactivate it, you need to contact iRobot’s customer care team at (800) 677-1088.

Additional Considerations

  • iRobot reserves the right to terminate your SmartCare subscription without notice for a material breach of the agreement or if they determine that your actions negatively reflect on or affect them, their prospects, or their customers and users.
  • Upon termination, iRobot may return, maintain, or delete your data without notice to you.
