How to Cancel FreshCheq
To cancel your Freshmarketer subscription, follow these steps:
Login and Access Settings
- Log in to your Freshmarketer account.
- Navigate to the settings by clicking on the "Settings" option.
Manage Subscription
- From the settings menu, select "Plans and Billing." Note that this option is only visible to admin users.
- On the next page, click on "Manage Subscription."
Cancel Subscription
- You will be redirected to a new window. If you are using a pop-up blocker, ensure that Freshmarketer is allowed.
- In this new window, you will find the option to "Cancel your Subscription."
- Click on this option and follow the instructions to confirm your cancellation.
Important Notes
- Only admin users can see the "Billings & Plans" tab.
- After cancellation, your account will be closed at the end of your current billing term, and all associated data will be scheduled for deletion. Ensure you have backups and exports of all your data before confirming the cancellation to avoid data loss.
