How to Cancel UXPressia

To cancel your UXPressia subscription, follow these steps:

Accessing the Billing Tab

Open the workspace for which you want to cancel the subscription. Ensure you are in the correct workspace, as canceling a subscription in one workspace does not affect subscriptions in other workspaces.

Canceling the Subscription

• Navigate to the Billing tab within the workspace.
• Click on the Cancel Subscription option.

Post-Cancellation Access

After canceling your subscription, you will still have access to paid features until the end of the current billing period. Once the billing period ends, you will only have access to the last journey map, impact map, and persona you worked with.

Important Notes

• Free users do not need to cancel their subscriptions, as their accounts remain free.
• All your documents will remain safe until the renewal of your subscription.
• By default, subscription auto-renew is enabled. If you prefer manual payments, you need to switch off the auto-renew option.
