How to Cancel Yumpu

To cancel your Yumpu subscription, follow these steps:

Canceling Your Subscription

• Go to the "My account" section on the Yumpu website.
• Scroll down to the "Current Subscription" area.
• Click on "Cancel subscription." An overlay will appear.

Verification and Completion

• Enter your account password to proceed with the cancellation.
• You will receive an email with a link to confirm the cancellation. This step is necessary to verify your identity and prevent abuse.
• Click on the link in the email to complete the cancellation process.

Post-Cancellation

• Your subscription will be canceled, and you will lose access to all premium features at the end of the current billing period.
• If you have any unpaid invoices, you can still cancel your subscription, but you will need to settle these before the account is fully closed.

Deleting Your Account (Optional)

If you also wish to delete your Yumpu account after canceling your subscription:

• Ensure your subscription is canceled first.
• Go to the account profile edit page: [Delete Account].
• Enter your account password to complete the deletion process.
• If no individual password has been set up, use the auto-generated password from the activation email.
