How to Cancel Notability

To cancel a Notability subscription, you need to manage the subscription through the platform where it was purchased, as Notability subscriptions are typically billed through Apple’s services. Here are the steps to follow:

On an iPhone or iPad

• Open the Settings app.
• Tap your name at the top.
• Tap Subscriptions.
• Find the Notability subscription in the list.
• Tap the Notability subscription.
• Tap Cancel Subscription. If you don’t see a Cancel Subscription button, the subscription may already be canceled.

On a Mac

• Open the App Store app.
• Click your name in the bottom left corner. If you don’t see your name, click Sign In.
• Click Account Settings.
• Scroll down to Subscriptions, then click Manage.
• Find the Notability subscription and click on it.
• Click Cancel Subscription.

On a Windows PC

• Open the Apple Music or Apple TV app, as these apps manage Apple subscriptions on Windows.
  • If you don’t have these apps, you can download them from Apple’s website.
• Click your name at the bottom of the sidebar, then choose View My Account. You might need to sign in to your Apple Account.
• Scroll to the Settings section. Next to Subscriptions, click Manage.
• Find the Notability subscription, then click Edit.
• Click Cancel Subscription.

On an Android Device or via Web

• Go to account.apple.com.
• Follow the on-screen instructions to sign in with your Apple Account.
• Navigate to the Subscriptions section.
• Find the Notability subscription and click on it.
• Click Cancel Subscription.

If You Can’t Find the Subscription

• Check your email for receipts from Apple to identify which Apple Account was used for the subscription.
• If the subscription is under a different Apple Account, sign in to that account and follow the above steps.
• If you can’t find any receipts or the subscription is not listed, it might be billed by a different company. Check your bank or credit card statements to identify the billing company and contact them to cancel the subscription.
