How to Cancel Vault One

To cancel your Vault subscription with Third Man Records, follow these steps:

Logging In and Navigating to Your Account

• Log in to your Third Man Store account.
• Navigate to the "My Account" tab located at the top right-hand side of the page.

Accessing Subscription Details

• Click on the "Subscription Details" button.

Canceling the Subscription

• Scroll down to the cancellation section.
• Answer the question provided and click "Cancel Subscription."

Important Notes

• Cancellation of a subscription does not automatically result in the cancellation or refund of a completed order/payment. You will receive the last package paid for.
• If you have already benefited from exclusive vault member perks within the first 24 hours of having your subscription (e.g., receiving a presale code, purchasing an item from the Vault Store, or redeeming your online or in-store discount), you are not eligible for a refund.
• Requests for refunds must be initiated within 24 hours of payment and submitted to vault@thirdmanrecords.com.
• Your subscription will remain active until the conclusion of your current payment period. For example, if your last quarterly subscription payment was completed on January 1st, your subscription will remain active until April 1st.
