How to Cancel Playbook AI

To cancel your subscription to the Playbook AI product, follow these steps based on how you purchased the subscription:

Canceling Through the Playbook App

  • Login to the Playbook app and navigate to the Profile tab.
  • Select Manage in the Subscription Plan section.
  • Select Cancel Subscription.
  • Select Cancel my subscription and choose a reason why you want to cancel.
  • Provide feedback on how the service can improve, if desired, and click SEND FEEDBACK.
  • To finalize your subscription cancellation, select YES.
  • Wait for a confirmation message indicating that your subscription has been successfully canceled. Note that you will retain access to the application and all content until the end of your billing period.

Canceling Through the Web

  • Navigate to the Playbook User Portal and login with the same email or Facebook account used to purchase the subscription.
  • Go to the Subscription section.
  • Select Manage.
  • Select Cancel Subscription.
  • Complete the cancellation process on screen.
  • Wait for a confirmation message.

Canceling Through iOS App Store

  • Open the App Store app on your iOS device.
  • Tap on your avatar in the top right-hand corner.
  • Tap on Subscriptions.
  • Tap on the Playbook subscription.
  • Tap Cancel.

Canceling Through Google Play

  • Open your Google Play app.
  • Choose Subscriptions from the menu.
  • Choose Playbook from the list.
  • Select Cancel.

Refund Policy

  • For monthly subscriptions, no refunds are offered after 7 days have passed since the end of the free trial. However, a refund can be granted up to 7 days after trial expiration, minus applicable processing fees. If a subscription is canceled within 24 hours of being charged the monthly fee, that month’s subscription fee will be fully refunded, minus applicable processing fees.
  • For annual subscriptions, customers are entitled to an 11-month prorated refund if they cancel within the first 30 days of purchase. After this point, a refund for 50% of the total subscription fee or a prorated refund can be requested if the annual subscription has been active for more than 6 months.
