How to Cancel Fellow

To cancel your Fellow product subscription and delete your account, follow these steps:

Canceling Your Subscription

  1. For Web Users:

    • Navigate to your Workspace Settings by clicking on the appropriate option.
    • Select Plans and Billing.
    • Click on the Cancel my plan button under your current plan.
    • Press Cancel Plan on the modal that appears.
    • Select a reason for cancellation and press Continue.
    • Finally, press Cancel my plan to confirm.
  2. For Mobile Users (iOS and Android):

    • If you have a mobile subscription, you need to cancel it through the app store:
      • For iOS: Go to Settings on your iPhone, tap on your Apple ID, select Subscriptions, find Fellow, and tap Cancel Subscription.
      • For Android: Open the Google Play Store, tap the menu icon, go to Subscriptions, find Fellow, and select Cancel Subscription.

Deleting Your Account

  1. For Desktop Users:

    • Open your web browser and navigate to the Fellow website.
    • Log in to your account using your credentials.
    • Click on your profile picture in the top right corner.
    • Find the Account Settings option and click on it.
    • Scroll down to find the Delete Account button.
    • Click on Delete Account and confirm when prompted.
  2. For Mobile Users:

    • Open the Fellow app on your device.
    • Tap on the menu icon (usually three horizontal lines).
    • Go to Settings (often represented by a gear icon).
    • Scroll down to find Account and tap on it.
    • Look for Delete Account at the bottom and tap on it.
    • Read the warning message carefully and confirm if you’re sure.

After canceling your subscription and deleting your account, you will no longer have access to premium features, and your data will be inaccessible, though it won’t be deleted. Ensure you export any important information before proceeding with these steps.
