How to Cancel ZenMaid Software

To cancel your ZenMaid account or manage recurring services, follow these steps:

Canceling Your ZenMaid Account

  1. Log into your ZenMaid dashboard.
  2. Click on the Account link in the global navigation bar at the top of the screen.
  3. Select Billing from the dropdown menu.
  4. Follow the prompts on the Billing screen to cancel your account. This will immediately stop any future charges.

Canceling or Deleting a Recurring Service

Through the Calendar View

  1. Go to Scheduling > Calendar View in your ZenMaid dashboard.
  2. Click on the recurring appointment you wish to manage.
  3. In the appointment details window, click on Actions and then select Manage Recurring Service.
  4. Decide whether to delete the entire series (including past appointments) or cancel it from a specific date forward.
    • To cancel, select the last service date and click Cancel after the service selected above.
    • To delete, click the Delete button.

Through the Contacts Page

  1. Navigate to Contacts > All Contacts.
  2. Find the customer with the recurring appointment and click on their name.
  3. Scroll down to the Scheduled Services section on their profile page.
  4. Click on Manage Recurring Service next to the appointment you want to cancel or delete.
  5. Choose whether to cancel or delete the service as described above.

Notifying Cleaners of Cancellations

  1. Go to Settings > Communications > Email & SMS notifications.
  2. Scroll down to Cleaners communications and select the Cleaner Cancellation Notice email or SMS template.
  3. Configure your notification preferences and save changes.
