How to Cancel Mighty Networks

To cancel a subscription on Mighty Networks, follow these steps based on how you purchased your plan:

Canceling Subscriptions Purchased on the Web or Mobile Web

1. Log in to your Mighty Networks account on a web browser.
2. Click your profile picture in the upper-right corner.
3. Select "Plans and Access" from the menu.
4. Find your active subscription and click "Cancel Subscription."
5. You will retain access until the end of your current billing cycle.

Canceling Subscriptions Purchased via the iOS App Store

1. Open the Network’s iOS app and log in.
2. Tap your profile picture in the bottom-right corner.
3. Select "Plans and Access" and choose the subscription you’d like to cancel.
4. Scroll to the bottom and tap "Cancel Subscription."
5. Open your device’s Settings, tap your name, then go to "Media & Purchases" > "View Account."
6. Scroll down, select "Subscriptions," find your Mighty Networks subscription, and tap "Cancel Subscription."

Canceling Subscriptions via Android or iOS Web Browser

1. Go to Profile > Your Purchases > Active Subscriptions.
2. Select the subscription and click "Cancel Subscription."

Leaving a Mighty Network

If you want to leave a network entirely, you can deactivate your account:

• Log in on a web browser.
• Click your profile picture in the top-right corner.
• Go to Personal Settings > Account.
• Select "Deactivate My Account" and confirm.
• Alternatively, you can permanently delete your account from the same menu.

Deleting a Mighty Network

If you are a Host and want to delete your entire Mighty Network:

• Ensure you downgrade your current plan.
• Deactivate any active plans.
• Click your profile picture > Admin > Setup > Basics.
• Follow the link to delete your network. Note that deletion is permanent.
