How to Cancel Digistore24

To cancel a subscription or order on Digistore24, follow these steps:

1. For Customers: If you are a customer looking to cancel a subscription, you can do so via the order confirmation email sent by Digistore24. This email typically contains instructions or a link to manage your subscription.

2. For Vendors: If you are a vendor managing subscriptions for your customers, you can cancel subscriptions through the Digistore24 platform. Here’s how:

   • Go to the "Reports" section and then select "Transactions."
   • Search for the specific order or scroll down to find it.
   • Click on the magnifying glass icon next to the order.
   • Scroll down to the "Journal" section.
   • Depending on your subscription settings, you may see one or two buttons: "Pause Payments Now" or an option to cancel with a specific date if a minimum term is set.
   • Click the appropriate button to cancel the subscription. Note that Digistore24 does not automatically notify the customer of the cancellation, so you should send them an email.
