How to Cancel Service Autopilot

To cancel a client in Service Autopilot, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the CRM section and select the client you wish to cancel.
  2. Click the "More" button in the upper right corner of the client’s page.
  3. Select "Cancel Client" from the dropdown menu.
  4. A new window will prompt you to choose a cancellation reason from a dropdown menu.
  5. Select the reason and click "Deactivate." This will cancel all active services for the client, but any active tickets and invoices will remain active to allow for final payments or past due amounts.

If you need to reactivate a former client, go to the "Former Clients" tab, select the client, and click "Actions" > "Activate Client." After verifying, the client will appear in your active client list. However, you will need to manually reactivate any cancelled services from the client’s screen.
