How to Cancel inFlow Inventory

To cancel or effectively remove a product from inFlow Inventory, you cannot delete it directly, but you can deactivate it. Here’s how to do it:

  1. Open the Product Record: Go to the product list and select the product you want to deactivate.
  2. Rename the Product (Optional): If you plan to recreate the product with the same name, rename the current product before deactivating it. inFlow does not allow duplicate names, even for deactivated records.
  3. Set Stock Levels to Zero: Ensure all stock levels for the product are set to zero. This prevents the product from appearing in your current stock window.
  4. Deactivate the Product: Click the "Deactivate" button in the top Action bar.
  5. Save Changes: Click "Save" to confirm the deactivation.

After deactivating a product, you can find it by using filters in the product list. To view deactivated products, select the "Deactivated" filter option.

If you wish to cancel your entire inFlow subscription, you can do so by accessing your account settings and selecting the "Cancel subscription" option. This will stop your billing cycle and prevent further payments. However, this action will not delete individual products but will end your access to the service once the subscription expires.
